North Bronx Thinktank is a research organization, comprised of a committee of concerned citizens and merchants, which was established in 2003 for the purpose of resurrecting a better quality of life in our North Bronx neighborhoods.

The mission is to prevent quality of life decay and accelerate programs through research, education, and communication.

Our goal is to identify areas of promise and provide the funding necessary to make these research projects successful in addressing quality of life problems.

Our creation of the following programs have assisted in advancing the prevention and acceleration of a better quality of life in the North Bronx.

Homeless Sighted in CB7?


Less than a month after it was announced that 3 homeless shelters were going to be created near Mosholu parkway, "homeless sightings" have begun to take place near "Fordham Landing park".

While confirmed of the sightings by CB7 Parks chair Barbara stronzer The Department of parks investigated the area and said it found "several bags of full garbage" but no homeless
